When you share a conversation visually, it’s more engaging, more persuasive, and it pulls the reader directly into action, far more effectively than a plain text log. The problem? Screenshots are chaos. Your phone saves them with meaningless filenames. You download massive folders. Then you’re stuck manually sorting, renaming, and categorizing hundreds (or thousands) of images. BlackAndBlew: I recently was pulled over. I handed the officer my registration, and he handed it back to me with a $100 ticket for having “no license plate.” This is a serious law… that I did not violate. I neglected to remove the yellow expiration sticker from the registration (I had just handed him) and attach it to the top of my tag. However, to protect and serve the community, he ticketed me with a $100 “no license plate” violation. No, not a dismissible registration violation; a non-dismissible no-tag violation. These officers know you are not going to go before one of their “impartial” judges and take the time out of your workday to fight a silly $100 black-tax ticket. Find me ONE white person you know who could tell you a story like that. You can’t do it! This is an exclusively Black experience. Unfortunately, policing is just different for us in this country. These types of things don’t make the news, but they expose the tone of the area. What’s going on in your community from a Black perspective? Have you experienced law enforcement interactions that missed the mark or in your opinion, blew it?
